Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Credic is provided as a recurring subscription. Billing is processed by our payment partner and renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the paid service, contact support within 7 days of the charge. Eligible cases may receive a full or partial refund after review.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined for completed billing periods where the service was accessible, repeated refund requests after prior refunds, or abuse/misuse of the service.
